 Is the cottage house a legal and permitted building? All on the same parcel 

They were both built before permits were a thing so they are grandfathered in

We are looking to purchase a property that has 2 homes on it with 20 acres , Having a hard time finding a lender bc of the homes and lot size. 

We have 25% down,rental properties, excellent credit.
