Thanks for the response guys.  I've checked out tim and azad and the info they get out to anyone that wants to attend is awesome!  From what I have seen so far they are also very busy.  I am also a little skeptical about getting into something right now as we dont know what's going to happen this winter with covid. Anyone else feel the same way? Im also starting to see that a lot of house flippers are paying guys on a payroll which is a lot cheaper than hiring a contractor to do all the work. If anyone else is looking to get into flips or looking for a hands on investor with some capital send me a DM. 👍

Hello BP members!!

I am currently living in Calgary Alberta and looking to get into a flip in the area. I am currently looking for a real estate agent to set me up so I can check comparables in the area. I am also open to meeting anyone in calgary that is currently investing in the real estate market. Any thoughts?

I am also curious to know if anyone in canada uses these calculators. I'd assume they would work as numbers are just numbers?
