Out of country is no different that out of state in regards to doing diligence, getting contractrotor, etc. Getting documents notarized if you don't have an attorney will require that you visit an embassy. I was acquiring and managing assets from Germany for a couple of months. You can do it.

Hello,

Im working on creating a heat map that indicates the states with auction.com's best deals. Im using zillow estimates (yes, yes, they arent accurate, but this is just to sort out the bad assets from the ones that need due diligence) and estimated target purchase prices. The margins are summed and sorted by state. The states with the better deals get the darker colours. Please let me know what you guys think of if you have any questions. Illinois looks like a winner.

Attack values are the based in the estimated "let go" auction has as a target. I call them attack values, because that's where I would want to land or lower as they tend to go below reserve

Hello,

Im working on an project that utilizes data crawls from auction.com and combines them with Zillow   zestimate lookups to create a buying guide. I will be releasing a beta for my site soon, but I wanted to share some of the results for input. Below is a link to the latest pull of LIVE BID assets. Any that is familiar with auction.com is familiar with the amount of work that it takes to create a weekly attack plan. My team and I are working on minimizing the workload. Some of the attack values are a bit on the low side, we are working on establishing a minimum. Any feed back is greatly appreciated.
