I am getting quoted on the following work:  light patchwork for previous holes in walls due to picture frames and other items being hung up.  Re paint entire unit with eggshell white. Square footage 1400.   Painting 4 inside doors and the front of the front door.  Supplies included in quote.  Total cost $1,000.

Backsplash approximately 10 feet by 3 feet.  Will not include materials $250.

Are these charges in line with going market rates?  Any other suggestions are welcomed related to this process.

I am selling two separate kitchen sets.  These sets are about 8 years old.  Models are Frigidaire and whirlpool.  Sets include Fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Need some ideas of price points.  All items are in good working order.

@Jason Turo What material for counter tops would you suggest?

Thank you @Jason Turo @Jim Adrian @Michael Seeker I was considering updating appliances and staining cabinets to add a more modern/updated look.  Also thought about adding hardware to cabinets and a cheap backsplash.  Thoughts?

This is my first rental. The structure is a duplex with both sides identical. I need some suggestions for remodeling the kitchen. What to change, what materials to use, and suggested budgets. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am set to close next week on my first investment property.  The property is a duplex in central Florida.  I would love if someone could review my homeowners insurance quotes.  I want to know if I should change anything and if so what.

I am writing to ask if anyone has successfully invested with lifestyles or any similar group as part of a syndication or if anyone knows of someone who has?
