I want to buy a house and live in it while I flip it, I just got a few questions? What type of mortgage loan should I get? I've herd of a rehab loan but unsure what I should get. What type of time frame should I have for flipping a house im living in or is that a big deal

Thank you alot for all of this advise and insight, how would  Finance when you are just starting out in flipping house or in genera, ( harsh loan, private loan etc)

I have a couple of questions? Is it worth getting the pro on biggerpockets and if so why would you say.

And on this meet ups would it matter if the meet up is out of state and you attend or is it better if you stay in state?

I am new on here and new to real estate and I am trying to find how I can find a investor meet up but everytime I try looking one up it always takes me to the forums page to start a discussion, can anyone help me so I can find a meet up?

I am new to real estate and I'm looking for a group that meets up to get more info on how to get started and moving forward. And hopefully find a mentor for someone  I can go for questions and guide me on the right path for me. I am excited getting in real estate, any information you have for me I would appreciate it
