Thanks for the warm welcome!  This place has tons of great information.

I have joined UVREIA, and I've been to a few SLREIA events as well.

Lots of great people here. I'm excited to get things rolling!

I'm new to BP from Utah, I am a Realtor (part time, looking to transition to full-time) but mainly wanting to get into investing for myself.

I have had some experience as a landlord, and would like to do some wholesales to fund some fix and flips, to fund some long term rentals.

Looking to get something going ASAP!

Welcome!

I am in a very similar position as you.  I know where I want to be, getting there is a process!(Still have a full-time J.O.B, as well as being an agent).

Definitely check out the podcasts, there is a wealth of knowledge and information here!  Also, see if there are any investor clubs in your area and start to make connections with others that are doing what you want to ultimately do.

Good luck!
