@Rob Bergeron

Wish I could meet you at the beloved chipotle, however I’m still living out of state until next year. I would love to jump on a call sometime though.

@Stephen Brown

Thanks for the reply man, and no I haven’t read any of his books but I will definitely check them out. I’ve read a few of the BP books by Brandon turner and David Greene!

@joshua mcmillion

Thanks for the response, that’s unfortunate about that property tax situation. Still, that property sounds like a solid deal with the cash flow. Did you do any renovations to it?

My wife and I ran into a similar situation with a house we bought as well. I'm in California so it eventually appreciated nicely so we sold it but there were moments that it was a little scary because there weren't alot of accurate comps. I planned on keeping it as a rental but the HOA continued to rise and would have diminished any cash flow.

@Joshua McMillion

Thanks for the insight man. On that first property you bought what would you say the most challenging part of the experience was?

Hey guys!

I am looking to make connections in with other investors/agents/ property managers in the Louisville area. I am active duty military stationed in California for the next  two years and plan on moving back to Louisville after my contract. In the mean time I am looking to invest in the area long distance. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
