Yea the hospital area is really getting bigger. Across the street from the hospital they are expanding and building more condos in Governors Crossing. 

I was just searching MF and there are some available close to Ft. Campbell also newer ones on Peachers Mill rd.  Lots of renters all over here. Soon to be near exit 8 area. Hankook tires is building a huge plant out there and supposed to bring something like 1800 jobs. 

Hey i just saw your post here. I'm an agent here in Clarksville, still fairly new. I would love an opportunity to help you out if you need it. I do searches quite a bit for myself just to see what is on the market. Also I saw that you have a list of contractors? I don't really know many myself and if wouldn't mind sharing that I would appreciate any info you had on local service providers.
