I have a 3/2 2120sq ft at the last time it was appraised. They have added two back rooms since. It sits on .31 acre in a residential Texas cul de sac

My main problems. One of the back rooms is a larger bedroom and it’s breaking off of the house allowing sun to pass in a corner. Also bowing up in the middle of the room. The other room is a living area. Both rooms fill with water when rains heavily from the back door located in living area

Cockroach infested

I’ve been thinking tear down the back two rooms. Reestablish the original back door. But not sure if that will stop the water situation.

Kitchen needs to be remodeled as there’s mold behind fridge. Brand new appliances is nice though. Thoughts?
