hey josh, I get 750/mo 300 after expenses it's got hard wood floors landscaping fine. I guess I was leaning toward adding another bed or bath. It's gonna be awhile before I do anything to it just wanna get some thoughts

for all the ladies and gentlemen who invest in multi- family real estate, at what point did you feel comfortable enough to make you first deal?  Did you save up for down payment or start out with sfr. Just curious
