I'm looking for non performing or semi performing loans in MN.  Please contact me if you have anything.  Specifically the 7 county metro.

Thanks,

Jesse

I have a small infill lot located right next to a large parking ramp, in a very high end neighborhood in Minneapolis.  I'd like to connect with someone who could assist me in building out an EV station on it.  Thanks Jesse

I've renovated different properties, but never an apartment building.  I'm looking at a 90 unit.  My questions are this:

What do I do first? the exterior to bring so I can start increasing rents...?

I'm looking for a specific checklist.

Heres what I think, but this is a guess?

1. Start on exterior to make the curb appeal look good.

   a. In this case, The parking lot needs to be done, the exterior is super tired and do the roof... I figure making the exterior nice will bring in higher $$ tenants... Do I hire someone to design it? how do I know its going to look good, etc... Colors? siding ideas??

2. Then Interior community walk ways?  do the interior walkways to make the inside more enticing.

3. Then once the leases are up, start renovating the units... include low flow toilets etc...

4. replace the guts, plumbing HVAC, electrical etc...

Is this right, does anyone have a blueprint or checklist???  Thanks in advance...
