Hello Jared thank you for taking the time to write me back. Myself and one other friend are going to try to do the renovations. Its a full renovation but because i am doing it myself i am trying to keep cost down. So hopefully i will keep the cost under 25% of the total value of the home but if we run into some problems then it could very well go over the 25% mark. What would you advise i do. Would you know the companies i would contact about providing insurance on my property. i am going to shop around tomorrow al call allstate. state farm. etc. and get a quote.

I just closed my first house and am looking into insurance on the property for 3 months while i renovate it. i just need the basic insurance for a fair price. Fire, water, theft. Etc. Does anyone have any recommendations on what insurance i should get from what company for this property. The property is in orlando fl. Any advice would help along with the name of the company and there contact information.
