So many fail for the same reason so few people have a six pack. It requires focus and discipline over a long period of time. Building financial muscles is just as hard as developing the physical ones. January 1st the gyms are packed. The equivalent of this would be going to a seminar and learning about someone’s real estate  “system”. An investor is convinced that they want to pursue this as a course of action. After the initial excitement is over the realization sets in that it is going to be a daily grind in-order to achieve their goals and this alone will weed out most individuals.

I would love to attend. I can be there this Friday. Looking forward to meeting the group.

I’m looking to start a regular meetup with positive motivated individuals interested in real estate investing. All aspects of the business are invited from lenders, developers, investors, wholesalers...etc. Pita Kabob in downtown has a great beer selection...let’s do this.

Incredible story of focus and perseverance. I would love to hear more about finding investors and how to make them believe in you.
