Currently renovating a duplex. There is a shared front door that leads inside to a shared hallway with 1 unit on ground floor and 1 unit up a flight of stairs. The doors to each unit are currently interior grade hollow core doors. Would you recommend keeping these or upgrading these to exterior grade doors? C neighborhood if that matters.

I've had tubs re-glazed before, but there are also DIY kits out there. Wouldn't necessarily fix the damage but it would cover up the black marks. Is this for a rental or a flip?
