Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $79,999
Cash invested: $15,000

First purchased as a house hack.
Now it's strictly rental since I moved.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

House hack

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Mls..
Gave full listed price but asked for majority of the defects to be fixed before closing.

How did you finance this deal?

Fha 1st time home buyer program

How did you add value to the deal?

New siding, added central air, rebuilt deck, updated bathroom, kitchen, and flooring
