Hello everyone. I am currently an Active Duty Army Officer. I have had the very fortunate opportunity of growing up in the Real Estate investing business, my father and I are very successful in the Multi Family Student Housing Niche in Albany NY. Lately I have been doing a lot of research on Commercial Real Estate investing specifically larger Multi Family apartment complexes, Mobile Home Parks, and Self Storage units.
