But that is OK, If it does not sell then it will be a cash flow rental for me and I'll sell in a couple of years. I am moving to the east coast and am not going to give it away.

Just found BiggerPockets and decided to try putting my house out there for all to see.

As this is my first post, after I typed all about my great investment property, I discovered that I am not allowed to post it here.  So, I edited all the detail away. 

I have lived in Hawaii for 25 years and now it's time to move on. I have a beautiful home overlooking Kaneohe bay on the windward side of Oahu.
