Post: Wait to show property until tenant moves out?

Hi guys, I own a property and my property manager is saying he wants to wait to show the house until the tenants move out (in two weeks). He is saying that because there is tenants in there the house won't show as well (although the house is in good upkeep). He also doesn't want to list it now because there will be "more days on the market" showing, and he says that doesn't look good. I am worried this will cause vacancy and I think he should start showing now. Is he correct, or should I ask him to start showing?
