Marc Celestin Thank you very much. My husband and myself are new to Real Estate investing and we are relatively new to the Trenton area. I'm currently a Police Officer and I'm looking to eventually retire and just do real estate. We are looking to start off wholesaling and then shortly after holding and renting and also fix/flip. I noticed you are an appraiser. Is that something you do for a company or independently? I would love to stay connected with you and maybe do some business in the near future.

Hello my name is Jesseca and I am new to Bigger Pockets and Real Estate investing. I am looking to wholesale properties as well as buy and rent in the Union County and Mercer County area. My main focus will be in Elizabeth New Jersey, Ewing New Jersey, and Trenton New Jersey. I am hoping to build my list of Buyers and Private investors here on Bigger Pockets as well as make connections with other investors that are actively making deals and can give some advise.
