Hello. Im looking at a similar site in the Philly, 2018 was wondering what the cost came out to be. looking for a high-end fitout/buildout in the same area. for 2200sf, 3 story. This isnt a total gut but pretty close with some facade work and minimal landscape.  Wondering per foot costs actuals are??  Thanks in advance

Hello. This is my first option to get into the game. This property is in a small town in the midwest. Im wondering if my numbers are correct and what I should be looking out for. The property is fully leased for yearly leases and the leases are about one to three months in. Will a mortgage be difficult to get on this property? Should I look at local banks or will a larger bank have a go at this?  Thanks in advance!  Jesse
