Here is my situation

I am 30 years old mother of 2 children and married. My husband is on the process of buying his first property a triplex doing a conventional loan with 5% down. We are trying to do it just in his name, so I will be able to buy another property in my name in the future.

For the past year I been listening to podcast, webinar, reading books and educated myself the best I can about Real Estate, and maximizing my savings as much I can, and so far I saved up to 20k, I was also able to get a raise at my job, that way I am  pre-approve to up to 260k for a triplex, with a conventional loan an 5% down payment.

My question is should I buy a triplex house by myself, or find a investor where I can give that money to invest and learn with the process and be able to do more investment  in the future.

what do you guys think it would be the best idea?

thanks

HI good morning, my name is Jesiane and I am a new pro member. I am looking forward to buy my first property, and was thinking use the house hacking, FHA lone to buy my first property, but the houses in my area is selling for 260 and up, I found these deal that is a wholesale 3 family for 195, and it does not get approve for FHA, because they haven't own it for 90 days, so I have to do a convectional loan and put 15% down. And my idea was use my all savings and 401k money to buy these property, and do the BRRRR method. My question is what would you do if you were in these situation, waist all that savings and buy these property, or wait to find a FHA or 203k deal for a 3% down .thanks
