So when is the right time to sell a rental? I just bought an off market deal for a very good price. At what point should you consider selling a rental? I am of a buy and hold mind set 100% but at how much of an overall profit /percentage do most people consider selling? Jw thanks!

I was wondering the same thing?  I got mine through Third Fed a little over a year ago at prime minus 1. I just talked to them last month and they have prime minus .25 I believe right now. I need a second one for a rental I just bought. Interested in what everyone has to say but I know Third Fed are giving heloc’s still right now but only on primary residence. Hope this helps

I stumbled upon a possible rental property opportunity. I was looking into using a property managment company to manage it for me. Any suggestions for a first time investor on some good qualified companies I should interview? Thank you
