Thanks for the input, the BP webinars have mentioned adding value to help out. I wanted to try out wholesale first and learn the ropes.  I will check around and see where to begin.  Thank you for your time.

Anyone interested in mentoring/guiding me in REI here in the San Diego area. I am eager to learn and willing to invest my time and energy to not only succeed in REI but to help you out if needed.

Anyone familiar with the San Diego area that can recommend a course/school for real estate. I am interested starting in wholesale but I think in should get a license first. Please advise. Thanks.
