I'm beginning my search for a buyers agent I would appreciate any solid referrals. I got my preapproval today. I need a dedicated, flexible, loyal, proactive, agent to get things done. Thank you one and all.

Is this still relevant in today's market. I can see both sides of the equation. As an investor, that's why I joined BP. I want more eyes looking for me. Some agents may be aware of properties others are not. I don't want to limit myself.

I actually spoke with an agent a few minutes ago and she went on about her company ethics and so on. Don't know how true it is. But, if some investors work with more than one, why not you or I?

Hi. My name's Jerry and I'm researching real estate  in the greater Orlando area, as I'm also selling my home. I'll do my best to keep this brief.

My goal is to sell my mobile home in Orange City, Florida and purchase a multi-family property or property with potential in the greater Orlando area. 

I have some assumptions. I'm always reading of unique real estate deals. I have also read that many boomers and seniors are cashing out of stick and mortar and seeking mobile homes, for a variety of reasons. If what I read is true. I would like to find someone interested in a mobile home in a 55+ community also selling their property. I'd like to avoid the outrageous fees for selling a mobile home, avoid the hassles of advertising and marketing a FSBO. If an opportunity exists where the seller and I might benefit. I would be interested in exploring it. Not essential to my purchase but always looking for opportunities. I wish you well and thank you for your time, a valuable asset. Jerry.

Post: Zero or negative interest rates. Upcoming recession?

I've been reading about the Fed possibly lowering interest rates to zero or negative percentages.  I've also read that other countries are selling U.S. debt/treasuries and more economists are predicting a recession. I'm not knowledgeable about these type of economic occurrences.  I would like to know what impact these things may have on real estate and real estate investing.  Thoughts from anyone more knowledgeable would be great.

Hello. My goal is to move to Florida for at least a year and decide whether or not Florida is for me. I was considering the purchase of a 1969 mobile home. I understand how old it is.

I just want an inexpensive place to stay while I look around.

I am concerned that if I decide to buy a home that I may be stuck with an old mobile home that I can't sell and continue to pay park rent. 

 What are the chances of selling this home a year or so down the line? I realize that park management would need to approve the new owner.  However, I am not familiar with the local real estate market for this type of property, (Volusia County). I don't want to be stuck for a long time unable to sell should I decide to purchase a house. The bank is gonna see park rent as a financial obligation . Any advice would be appreciated.
