Post: Seattle/Greater Seattle Area Real Estate

My company is looking to invest in the Seattle area. My partner lived there for several years and is now living in Phoenix. For land investing, how much are people paying for raw acreage in Snohomish County with houses across the street selling for $850k - $1m?

Does anyone have a proven strategy on how to utilize $850k line of credit to purchase homes that will provide both profit and cash flow within 1 year? This is for a 2-person small real estate acquisitions and investing company.

Thanks for the info on Zapier. I found them on the internet but wasn't sure of the cost, so this really helps!

Dave - thanks for the quick response. Are you using Podio for your CRM? That's what we're using so thanks for making me aware of this lack in functionality.

We are investigating whether to use Mojo or another dialer to use to help grow my database of leads. If someone has good success with Mojo or a competitor please let me know. Thanks!
