Hi, I am reaching out see what people are using to search for properties. Foreclosures in particular. I am currently using a cross between Home Path and Zillow. Are the Zillow Estimates accurate on the ARV? I am looking for rehabs and wholesale deals. Thank you, Jerry

Mike Hurney I am talking with a lender now. Meeting him this Wednesday. At this point my staring out hinges on finding financing. I have been searching and learning about properties in Western MA (Springfield area). I am very familiar with the CT shoreline as well between Old Saybrook and Branford. The deals in Western Ma I find are not too exciting. They look better on the CT shoreline. The range I'd be looking in are from 50k to 150k to start. My goal is to build my family a home. I am looking to try this out to gather the funds to do so. I have some financial scars from a past business failure. I am recovering from this. If I can do some of these and it seems to be worth the while and too much of a headache, I would like to keep investing to have the extra income. I could go to town with telling my story. I can dive in further if you'd like to exchange emails etc. Thanks
