I went to a local bank to try and get a conventional loan for a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1 car garage in my town I live in, The House was listed for 70k then dropped a few months ago to 50k and my agent said they would probably accept a 30k offer so I went to my local community bank and offered 20% down and they pulled my credit report from Equifax and it came back as 638 and told me it was too low. So I called Equifax myself and paid for my score and they reported it as 675; should I take my print out to the bank and show this to them? Or should I try to find financing somewhere else? If so can anyone recommend places I could apply?
