I have been a Real-Estate investor since 1969. I have rented several hundred properties and have lost money on many. Most landlords lose money, some have lost so much they had to give the property back to the bank. Because of all that experience I can keep you out of harm's way. Looking for folks that are using Virtual assistants.  I have been through about 10 in the Philippines before I found a good one.  Have an elaborate check and balance system. What scripts are working for you. Did you give up or is it working for you?
