Wow that is great ! It’s inspiring to hear people get over that initial fear and take action. I think that’s what holds people back most- fear due to the unknown and basic lack of knowledge. Hopefully I will be saying the same as you soon- thank you for sharing ! I hear Ohio is bustling !

One more question please - with the BRRRR strategy I understand that the term to cash out refi is around 6 months. Are you expected to make payments on the hard money loan during that time ?

thanks again for your time !

Thank you for the suggestion! Yes that seems like the route I will take as prices are out of control where I am. Like you said I have to do my research on out of state markets and making sure I will turn some sort of cash flow ! Thank you again!

Thank you Simon! I really appreciate your response and will certainly consider your advice. Do you think joining my local REIA would be helpful? Thank you again !

Thank you Kyle! The main block I have with multi family (which is the route I had intentionally intended on going ) is that because I already own a single family, I would need to come up with a substantial down payment and multi families around my area are 800k +. I will continue to research and save  though. Thank you again!

Hi Everyone!

My name is JerriLynn and I am looking to get involved with REI. Question is with SO many strategies out there, how do you determine which is right for you without having to experience the failures or successes of each ? Is there a specific strategy that all newbies start with ? Thanks so much !
