Thanks very much Kenneth, I really appreciate your support and thoughts. I know what I exactly want out of Real Estate and I’m willing to put in the work, it’s just lack of capital that’s holding me back. I know you suggested that I should attend meet up. I would really love to. Can you connect me with some meet up? And I’m sure we can get to connect at one of those meet up. I appreciate you a lot.

Hi @Kenneth Cheston

Thanks for your feedback.
Yes, there's equity in the house. But I think it's only 9% I have so far since I just closed on the property in March or this year. And I'm not sure but I heard that you have to have 20% of equity in the property before you can take out HELOC,

Another thing is that, I’m from another country so I don’t have any family members here to ask for a loan.
Point # is really a good idea, but I don’t know where to go find good contractors.

I just really want to scale up but lack of resources is what holding me back.

Hey Community,

I bought a house as a First time home buyer, but I feel like I'm stuck with one property because of capital. I would like to know how I can buy an investment in Baltimore, MD. I was pre qualified for a DSCR Loan shortly after buying my first house but due to financial constraints to come up with 20-25% of the down payment I feel like I'm stuck. I just started a new job and therefore I would like to buy an investment property but I don't know how to come up with the down payment.
Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Thanks for taking the time out to respond to my question. I appreciate it.
The property Im interest in is located in the north west district, Langston Hughes. When I close on the property and I register it with the city to have it rented out then I’ll let you know.

Hey guys, I’m buying a house in Baltimore, MD. I just signed the contract today and I’m here to ask a few questions.

1. What’s the turn around time if I would like to rent it out to tenants, how fast I would be able to find a tenant in that city.

2. Are security cameras allowed on rental property?

3. What are some of the major platforms that I could use to market this property for rent so that I can be able to offset my mortgage?

I would like to know how the process goes when someone pulls equity from a property and use the money for down payment for another property
