Post: VRBO Guesty integration not working

I know this is an old post, but my experience with Guesty syncing with VRBO has been terrible as well.  The support always says it's a calendar sync issue with VRBO and never takes any responsibility to solve the issue.  It's a frustrating experience and it's not cheap either.  It works well for most things until it doesn't..., then I get multiple double bookings and no support.

How can the Pro be any better and what would make me want to pay more?  I have 3 properties and Pro is for 4 and up...

What other options are there?

Thanks for the info @RickMartin, @BillBrandt, @DavePoeppelmeier, @ErikW, @ThomasWillingham, @Russell Brazil.

I'm working with my agent to make an offer. Everyone's info was very helpful. I've been doing my research and we'll see how this goes. It's an MLS property, yet looks pretty nice. Wish me luck! I'll let y'all know how it goes.

Thx!

Ok, I get that.  Follow up question...

How do you base your offer off unseen property?  Do I include this type of "clause" in my offer, if any additional findings are found we renegotiate?  Is that how it works?

Hello,

I'm a newbie.  I've been looking at a few MF Properties.  Most won't show until an executed contract.

Is this normal?  Is it a sign of underlying issues?  Should I write something in the offer regarding the findings of anything "undisclosed"?

It will be my first property, yet I don't want to get handed a bunch of problems.

Thanks for the insight!

What type of investing are you looking into? Rentals I assume?

James, I'm looking into either rental property, fix/flip, wholesale transactions.

What I've found is info on the overview of how to get in it, but not really the nuts and bolts of how to do it.

I also want to see about using OPM.

Thanks for your reply!
