Hey Rud,

Do not forget you can invest in Syndications within a retirement account, such as an IRA or Solo401K. I wish I had known this was possible 20 years ago, but learned of it when I joined the industry 11 years ago. Highly recommend you research this and I am happy to share more details if interested.

I would consider looking into Self-Directed IRAs.  Most people do not know this is a legitimate way to fund your real estate deals and do it in a tax advantaged way. I've done a few deals this way, let me know if you want to learn more.
