Hi everyone, so I'm pretty new to the real estate world but I have been wholesaling houses now for about 6 months and love it but i'm looking to get into the flipping process, I do come from a construction background which makes things a lot easier but getting financing is a whole new page for me. I need to know the best way to get financing for these amazing deals that my team is still finding. I don't have good credit so I know this will be another issue but any new feed back would be so helpful.

I have a deal where my seller has agreed to sell her home for $1.1 and the comps in the area are $1.2 to $1.5 million. She has agreed to do $600,000 down and will carry. How do I structure this kind of deal to my end buyers?

Hi I have been going out everyday and finding 20 to 30 vacant distressed properties and I am trying to figure out the best way to look up the owner's information. I know I can go down the the county office once a week and pull information but is there an easier way to do it from home that won't kill the bank account?

Anything will help, thank you!!!

@Logan Allec Oh okay that sounds interesting. I'm trying to learn and understand how to invest with other peoples money and how to raise capital. Are there ways to do this by using other peoples money to start off?
