All great information on websites, now i have to decide which is best for what i'm doing.

Thank you Derrick, quite frankly those are some of the reasons...establish my credibility, carve out my niche with buyers and sellers...however it's main purpose will be to lead potential distressed home owners to so they may call or complete questionnaire application and follow up. 

New to wholesaling,  I'm thinking about setting up a website to generate leads...any thoughts on if that is a good idea starting off.

Do you have to disclose you are a Real Estate Agent if you are wholesaling and assigning the contract?
