Hey, I'm a member of Pace Morby’s community, it’s not a mentorship. I don’t believe there’s anything out there comparable to what Pace and our community has created. SUBTO is the greatest and leading the RE Industry. Joining SUBTO has hands down changed my life on so many levels! It's been one of the best if not the best decisions that I have ever made in life. After seeing those 16 – 24 hr lives that was enough for me. I interviewed w/ the recruiter. Then I told them to give me 2 wks and I would resign from my dead end job working for and enslaved to fiat money. I just knew there was more to life and that there had to be more. I believed in myself. I did the work and placed my own back against the wall which forced me to perform.
The community & what I have learned from Pace about the underutilized strategy of subto/creative finance has been mind blowing! There is literally no reason that you can not be successful in SUBTO w/ all the knowledge, resources and GO-GIVERS that you have access to! You just have to trust yourself and do the work! We want you to succeed.
Pace is normalizing the subto sector of real estate worldwide. I’ve learned how to structure and negotiate deals others have walk away from plus so much more. I thought I was joining to learn about subject to but I was wrong. I’ve learned about every strategy you could imagine plus corporate structure, sales, marketing, business, personal development and currently learning how to buy businesses w/ $0 out of pocket. The list goes on and on. Pace Morby is authentic and 100% the real deal. What I call a real GURU because he is the expert in the room that actually does this business in real life currently and has all the receipts and credibility. He’s not just some talking head on social media, he really knows what he is talking about and has the team to make things happen quickly. The value in SUBTO is crazy. I don’t know if there’s any way I could ever pay Pace Morby back for what he has envisioned and all the amazing things he has done for our community. I will continue to serve the community, reach back to uplift others and help students overcome obstacles that I have overcome or point them in the right direction.
