Hello all! My wife and I decided to turn our first home into a rental rather then just selling. Forgive me if my questions are basic but just actively starting out on this journey. Can anyone suggest where to perform background Checks for possible tenants? This will be first of many questions as they arise.

Hello everyone, As a person who's interested in real estate investing I realize there are many things to learn, and that the learning never stops.
