Hey Bigger pockets family. I am planning on buying a DFW 2 bed room condo in the next few months, but don't really want one of my close friends to be my first tenant. This will be my first property that I plan on living in for a few years and then turning into a rental. Does anyone have suggestions on finding a good fit roommate? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hey there bigger pockets family!

Planning on buying my first property: 2 bed room condo in near/in Dallas and renting out the other unit to a friend. I'm a fresh college grad and 23 years old. What are some essential questions to ask the HOA/condo board to make sure my investment will stay strong? I like condos because of a smaller downpayment for a better location with less maintenance. Thank you in advance!

Hey there BiggerPockets Family. I graduated from the University of Arkansas last May and am currently saving up for my first investment in a DTX rental property later this year. I plan on living in the property for a while and renting out other units. I have about $10,000 in student loan debt, is this something I should take care of before meeting with a lender?

Thank you.
