Hello, I manage a couple student houses. These houses are rent by the room houses I am having a very hard time getting the students to clean after themselves. The house gets a deep clean from a cleaning company once a month but this just does not keep up.  the kitchen,fridge and bathrooms are disgusting and it is damaging the properties. Any ideas how I can help these houses run smooth?

Hello landlords!

Im just getting my lease ready for new tenants. In Ontario they recommend we use the lease the government provides for us. It’s called the residential tenancy agreement. I’m just looking for some things I should add to this agreement.... what are some problems you have had in the past that I can add to my lease to prevent them from happening again.
