@Seth Hochberg

Also, I'm going to use my VA Loan. But I didn't know that about the FHA. Thank you for that.

So I was calling geico to get a quote on a property and they don’t insure rental properties bigger than four units. So who does?

Me and another military friend would like to use our VA loans to buy a multi family home, is it possible?

@Joe S.

Yes joe that is true. I want my first property to be a 4plex. I plan on house hacking that property living there and renting out the other units to the military personal in my area. I have done a lot of research on buying and renting out multi family homes. I understand that actually doing is a whole different animals and I’m not afraid of messing it all up. I just know nothing of raising capital minus a loan or turning my employee earned income into investment income in the market which I currently do. The problem I have is it’s too slow of a process. My end goal is to get to the multi family home and although I see the amazing power of the market I want hard assets to be my investment.

@Shelon Hutchinson

So far, I’ve taught myself about investing in the stock market and I have a modest portfolio still but I’m up 19% and it’s a good start and I see my money grow daily but I know that people have ways of Raising Capital much faster. I’ve also read on Waze on how to use real estate to build more capital,Such as refinancing. I just am not sure on any other ways other than the stock market to help myself raise capital. I also have never taken money from an investor, I’m not sure exactly how that would fit into this unless you were talking about me bringing a business deal to investors.
