@Paul Stamm Thanks for the feedback Paul! This seems to be a pretty big theme in the podcasts so far & reminds me of something I just read in "Ego is the Enemy" by Ryan Holiday. He explained how by doing the tasks that nobody wants to do, you set yourself up to learn more & build connections.

Out of curiosity, how have you gone about finding investors with these needs?

I discovered Bigger Pockets earlier this year & have been reading & listening to the podcasts fervently after watching my friend buy, rehab & rent a property in LA.

I am 23 & in a dead end job. That being said, i have grown impatient with my lack of progress & am now looking for ways to advance myself personally & professionally. Real Estate & Bigger Pockets seem to be a great path to follow.

This is my first post on here, so I am excited to start some discussions & potentially meet up with some people in my area. (Troy, Ny)!
