@James Wise That is a good point, i like that you mentioned the ghetto because that is what i was kind of thinkimg to get my feet wet. I’ve just been trying to suck in knowledge, on how to do all this.

@Joe G. Those are some great points!! I’ve obviously never thought about it like that! I need to get to know some contractors for sure. So I’m kind of looking to move to a warmer climate my wife hates the cold, so I don’t know when and if we will move, but I didn’t know if starting to invest into a rental before we move would be a good idea or not? I honestly don’t know when we will move but it will be in about 2 years if we do, (finishing school)

i am really wanting to start investing in to rentals, but i see myself moving in the next few years and i want to know how to be a landlord of rentals that are out of state.

Does the group in a lincoln still meet at Grata on 70th?
