I am new to the area. I have been in Cincinnati for a 1  year and I'm interested in real estate.  I have had an interest in flipping houses for almost 10 years now. I'm 29 now. I would like to know if there someone in the Cincinnati Ohio area who would willing to let me watch their flip and mentor me in the flipping process from bottom up? From finding the property to getting funds all the way up to the resale.

I wish you the best. I've recently moved to Cincinnati last December and I've just put in my first offer (fingers crossed). I'm  working the flipping side of real estate first in order to build some capital for other properties such as condos, apartments, etc. 

it would be a rehab for a flip.  kitchen, bath, florring, basement, laundry room. Maybe even add an additional bath room 

I am looking for  a general contractor to work on an upcoming project. Can anyone refer me to someone they have dealt with before? I'm in the Colerain, fairfield area of Cincinnati Ohio. 

Thanks John. The Blue Ash is really nice. For the Cincy guys, I trying to get use to how the city is laid out and try to find an area I would like to focus on. Correct me if I'm wrong but the city does not really have a distinct Low, median, high income area. It all seems to blend together. 

I am a beginning investor. The side of real estate investors I'm getting into first is buying and flipping then build to rentals.
