Can any one provide a 203K investment loan company to go through? No hard credit pull but to see if I’m per-approved? Any suggestions?

When creating an LLC for your real estate investment company - if your are looking to invest in property in GA and your home is FL. Should the LLC be created under GA laws or your current residence state?
