sorry for the spelling, Im just to pumped! haha

Its been a long journey. Its not easy being in college, and sticking it out, while you know you want to be a real estate entreprenuer. I have spent the last year educating myself on real estate, and now in two hours I will be done with college, and will be able to begin. I am in partneship with my best friend and his dad who fix n flip houses in the inland empire. Just wanted to let everyone know how excited I am. Everyone in the bp community lets light our selves on fire, and make it happen this summer. Its time!!!

Thanks @David Friedman. Your right Redlands is a great city. I graduated from Rev that same year! I like your investing strategy a lot, I'm really curious as to what you did on your first deal as such a young investor. I definitely want to engage in the buy and hold strategy, but I don't know if I should first go a different route such a wholesaleing to build some capital for a down payment. Also thanks on your tips about having a mentor. I am extremely lucky to have developed an organic mentor who is my best friends father. He is the one who introduced me to real estate investing and this site. I definitely want to stay connected and would love to take you up on your coffee offer! Thanks again.

Hi everyone, my name is Jeremy Preston. I am a 21 year old college student who will be graduating in one year! I currently go to Chico State university, however I have lived in Redlands almost my entire life. I feel very blessed that I have been introduced into real estate at such an early age. I am very determined and eager to learn as much as I can. I would love to connect and begin to build some relationships with the investors in this area!

thanks both of you for your replies! Yes my rich dad is still buying properties. He has bought over a couple dozen family homes over his carrier which he has held and been quite successful. After he sales his mobile home park in Arizona he will be out of the rat race, and be able to do real estate full time. I believe both of you are right, as I should learn how to wholesale so i can be of value. I am sure as i prove myself of value he will continue to teach me invaluable lessons. Thanks once again!

hello everyone, my name is Jeremy Preston. I have been learning as much as I can on bp as soon as my rich dad (best friends father) introduce the site to me. My goal is to become as knowledgable as I can so that I can add value to my real estate business and as well to other investors that i wish to network with. My question is what do other investors out there think is most important to becoming successful in this business, and what can i start doing today to begin to make myself valuable. Thanks everyone!
