So I went to view the property and meet with the gentleman.  He is very friendly and willing to help out.  The numbers on the property weren't bad but my wife and I decided that it was not the property for our first one.  No flags went up and I will be looking forward to viewing more of his properties.

Hello!

My wife and I are new to this site and looking at out first possible deal. We are hoping to view the property tonight. It is through REI Wholesale in Rochester. Has anyone dealt with them and if so what is your opinion? Thank for the help!
