@Justin Wotring

This is very inspiring. Still waiting on my first deal! Thank you I needed this!

@Greg Dickerson my point exactly. I am confident in managing the property that I get to maximize returns. Raise rents, upgrades to the community I can figure that stuff out for the most part my struggle is being able to look at a deals numbers and make them make sense. It’s eluding me for some reason.

@Michael Lewis Lee I am finding that bigger pockets is an amazing community and I am listening to hours and hours of videos and reading more books than I thought I could ever read. Lol.

@Tj Hines I appreciate the love man. Yeah I know he has a team and I hope to build mine soon. I’ve been looking into syndication because I have an investor that I drive for that would possibly be interested. And he’s a pretty huge investor. Learning how to analyze a deal quick so the numbers make sense and then going to physically do the due diligence and then presenting that idea has been a challenge to make efficient.

@Tim Herman my situation is not set up to be able to move like that. I have looked into house hacking and have really considered it but I think that’s something not in my wheel house.

I am a new investor wanting to kind of go big but I struggle with tying most or all of my capital (minus reserves of course) into one big deal and would it be better to buy several smaller deals? Yes I listen to Grant Cardone so you probably know where I am trying to get however I do believe BP to be more practical for people in my situation. I have learned a great deal from bigger pockets and won’t ever give this up but I am wanting to make my money work the best way I can. Thoughts or advice? I am new so please be gentle!
