I posted a couple months back looking for a reliable contractor in the area and I am happy to say I am finally closing on this property Monday 2/28/2022. The scope of the work includes converting a half bath to a full bath, interior and exterior cosmetic work, some interior flooring fixes along with some minor electrical work. I'd love to find a contractor that can see total job through from start to finish, but if a few sub contractors are available that would also be helpful. Any recommendations or contractors looking for some work let's chat. I also have leads on a couple other properties in the area so hopefully we can build a mutually beneficial relationship. Thanks!

Thank you all for the responses. I’ll be closing on a property in the next week or so near Corning. Biggest project the house needs is turning a half bath upstairs into a full bath. Other than that, minor electrical, trim work, and a little bit of siding repair is the extent of the job. Hoping to find a contractor to at least oversee and guide the bathroom remodel.

Hey guys,

Working on a deal in lower central New York If anyone has any recommendations for a reliable contractor please let me know!

Looking to get my first deal done finally. Looking for financing options and would prefer someone local to my area to build a relationship with. Need help to grow a winning team. Any help/ referrals for contractors, lenders, realtors would be appreciated. Let’s network!

Port Jervis and Middletown have cheap properties and less crime not quite along the Hudson though. Beacon is an upcoming town on the Hudson in Dutchess County, also take a look at Poughkeepsie.
