Good morning Craig, current loan balence 710k, the refi would give me back roughly 190k back and also loaning mortgage roughly to 400 500 per month so I was trying to get most of my skin out of the game while also raising my noi. As of now my take home monthly is 2500 which I was Reinvesting back into the property.     As in my personal goals though would be to get most of my money out of it while also lowering the payment per month so I could hopefully after all this nonsense is over another deal will present itself to me, sorry I’m all over the place I’m kind of a scatterbrain during this whole ordeal

Hey guys stupid question, own a 5 family property cash flow is good. Bank has me at a 5.5% interest rate 10year balloon 25yr amortization but with a 3% pre payment penalty. Talking with another bank now offering me 3.75% 5 year balloon 30 amortization. Wasn’t sure because the 3% big price thanks guys be safe

Hey guys just starting out bought my primary in 2014 in area of Boston were all the prices sky rocketed after. So did a cash out refi of 80% to utilize the equity I have to pull out large down payment for an over inflated market we’re 3 families are going for upwards of over 850 to 9 with good rents or take it way outside city for smaller rents but smaller prices for the property
