Check your secretary of state website. Any LLC has to file through the secretary of state. You should be able to find member info there or at least a name of a contact for the LLC.

As far as finding the owner of the second property you could always do a pay service to track her down if you have her name and a previous address.

I would suggest connecting with people in your local area that are already on BP. You may not be ready to make a move but it doesn't hurt to start building your network early. I have found this is the best way for me to get an idea of what investors and wholesalers are interested in and give you an idea of where to focus your energy.
