First i want to thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. I will definitely take your advise and not spend money on a mentor program. I have been spending my time listening to podcast that pertain to beginners. I have just start my profile on BP 2 days ago, however i plan to spend more time on here and be active in as many forums as i can. 

Newbie Question. When a newbie starts wholesaling would you recommend to start an LLC before establishing a present in the real estate community?

Hi, I'm Jerelle, a young entrepreneur and upcoming investor who wants to learn as much as i can about real estate and how it can help me to achieve financial freedom. I am a very hard worker, very energetic and self motivated individual who has a big dream. 

I have been doing a lot of research in trying to find the best way to start real estate investing with the least amount of expense. I have been to one seminar so far ( fortune builder) but i felt like $35k is way too much to get started in a real estate mentorship program. I came across BREIA a local real estate investment association. There i spoke with the owner Anish Dave who gave me all the info i needed about a mentor program which seems excellent and it costs $12k . However i am still undecided about if i should spend $12k for mentorship and its benefits or if should just use forums like BiggerPockets.com to help me start litterally from scratch. I hope i am in the right place looking for answers and advise.
